Joseph Romeo has photographed the natural landscape throughout the United States for the past 25 years. He is noted for his evocative work depicting rich and vibrant natural settings, including award-winning scenes of the American Southwest. His work has been published in many national magazines, calendars, annual reports, and brochures. As an honors graduate of The Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, Romeo holds a B.A. degree in Industrial/Commercial Photography.

Joseph is recognized for the careful planning of his photographs - a meticulous approach to light, composition, and detail. In recent years, he has employed a unique approach to his work that combines all the traditional tenets of photography along with cutting edge digital techniques that maximize his creativity and artistic integrity. Romeo is quoted as saying “The fundamentals of photography have not changed, only the tools have; and I utilize the most advanced methods to create my images”.

Joseph Romeo photographs are printed in signed and numbered limited editions using the finest archival paper and inks. The life expectancy of these digital images is rated by Wilhelm Imaging Research to be 150 to 200 years.
